Was told my receipt would be sent to my internet address. Never received a receipt.

As a result I have no idea what I was charged for an oil change at Valvoline on Watson Ave, St. Louis Missouri. Next time I'll go to a store that actually gives you a receipt. Most places give the option of a paper receipt or and internet receipt.

Maybe Valvoline should do the same thing.

What's is so wrong of just giving the customer a paper receipt on the spot? That way if the price is not what was quoted, the custom can take it up with the manager on the spot.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $34.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Try calling the store and asking for a receipt. They do give paper receipts, usually they ask which one you want. Printed or emailed.

Still nothing or comment from Valvoline. Would like the the receipt to turn in on expense epreport.
