I’ve never had a experience like my visit to this location. I’ve been loyal to this store for years.

I put 75,000 to 80,000 a year on my company car. I use lots of oil with oil changes at 5,000 miles. I pull up coupons online for my oil change but left my iPhone at home with the coupons on my home page. After arriving to Valvoline I realized what I had gone and asked the attendant if they could pull up my records and see I’ve been a good customer and if they could do anything to help offset my 79.99 oil change.

I was told that I didn’t need to have a attitude and that it wasn’t their fault I forgot the coupons. I explained I didn’t have a attitude and asked for his name and he said he wasn’t going to give me his name and that I was a jerk. That’s when I told him to get away from my car and let me leave. I also returned some name calling with him.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever seen from a customer service. I will never visit a Valvoline location Versailles Kentucky.

I was first customer st. 10:00 am.
